Mount Ephraim 10K

Welcome to the website of the Mount Ephraim Summer 10K.

The Canterbury Harriers Running Club will be staging the Mount Ephraim Summer 10K run on the Sunday 8th July 2012. This is a challenging course on quiet Kentish roads, starting and finishing in the beautiful 10 acre Mount Ephraim Gardens – the perfect place for a day out in Kent.

Post race enjoy the tranquillity of the Japanese gardens, take on the challenge of the grass maze or just relax on the Edwardian Tea Room terrace overlooking the topiary and herbaceous border, Mount Ephraim Gardens are a must for the whole family.

Included in the 10K run entry fee is free family entry to Mount Ephraim Gardens (before midday). BBQ, a Licensed Bar and cream teas will be available and you will also be able to enjoy the Strawberries and Cream stalls.

Race entries are strictly limited to 450 and entry forms are now avaiable.

Please note that entries on the day are eligible for prizes.
